We recognize parental responsibility and authority regarding sex education. We believe that parents must be given an opportunity to review the material prior to giving their consent. We oppose any sex education other than abstinence until marriage.

Welcome to Governor Jan Brewer and the GOP’s Arizona. Where if you’re a woman, you’ll have to prove to your boss you need to be on the pill —unless, you know ;) Otherwise, your ass is fucking FIRED!

Fucking Willard…

Fucking Willard…

Utah Sex ‘Education’ Bill would ban —as in make it illegal— for any instruction on sexual intercourse, any mention of homosexuality or contraception, and of course, any mention of intercourse outside of marriage… And if you had any question, yes, it’s a Republican backed bill. Republican Stuart Reid says it is not a question of education, rather it’s one of that wonderful GOP panacea, morality.

Meanwhile…

In honor of International Women’s Day, I’d like to say —Suck it GOP!

My mom had Anita Hill…

I’ve got Sandra Fluke

Funny how some things Republicans never change

Why is it

The GOP finds regulating women okay (a ‘moral’ imperative, even) yet they deplore regulating big banks, oil companies, Wall Street, etc? One would almost think they value corporations over people —because, um, women are people too, you know.

When silence speaks volumes:

  • Sandra Fluke: I have something to say...
  • GOP: NO!
  • Rush Limbaugh: You're a slut! A prostitute! You *owe* me something if you want contraception!
  • Rick Santorum:
  • Mitt Romney:
  • Newt Gingrich:
  • Ron Paul:
  • John Boehner:
  • Mitch McConnell:
  • Jon Kyl:
  • Eric Cantor:
  • GOP:
  • President Obama: Sandra, I'm proud of you and I know your parents are too. Thank you.

and that’s about the size of it

Recognize this modus operandi?

Recognize this m.o.?

•Demonize it

•Voucherize it

•Privatize it

•Vulture Capitalize it

—See Paul Ryan’s Fukushima Care plan for Social Security & the GOP’s plan for public schools, the USPS, PBS & NPR, public parks, public libraries, etc, etc, etc

President Obama once said he wants everybody in America to go to college. What a snob.
