Utah Sex ‘Education’ Bill would ban —as in make it illegal— for any instruction on sexual intercourse, any mention of homosexuality or contraception, and of course, any mention of intercourse outside of marriage… And if you had any question, yes, it’s a Republican backed bill. Republican Stuart Reid says it is not a question of education, rather it’s one of that wonderful GOP panacea, morality.
